Each of our lampshades is handmade to order especially for you — so please read carefully before purchasing!
Choosing the perfect shade can be tricky, and we want to help you get it right the first time. Feel free to reach out to us at info@petrasdecolove.com if you need personalised advice.
Important Note:
Due to the nature of textile production, slight variations in fabric dye lots may occur. These subtle differences are part of the charm of working with natural materials and should not be seen as defects.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is custom-made and hand-made, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please choose carefully, especially to ensure your selection suits your space — we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if the shade does not match your décor.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in inspecting and securely packaging every order. However, if your lampshade arrives damaged, please email photos of the item as well as the packaging inside and outside to info@petrasdecolove.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Please remember: all of our products are handmade. Minor variations in shape, fabric placement, or finish are normal and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
